Registration Prices

All prices below are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST. Full registration includes attendance on all days of the congress, day catering (morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea), tickets to the welcome function and congress dinner.  

AAAP or AAAS Member

If you are a current member of the AAAS or affiliated society you are entitled to the discounted rate.  In the registration process please list the society and your membership number.

Non-Member

If you are not a member of an affiliated society you will need to use this registration type

Full-time Student

Full-time student enrolled in an animal science related degree.  You will need to upload a copy of your student id or letter from your supervisor/institution with proof of full-time study.

Early bird:  $995 AUD

Full:          $1095 AUD

Late:         $1295 AUD

Registration Waiver Bursary

For international full-time students and early career scientists.

Limited bursaries available

The criteria/information required to apply are:

 

  1. Full-time student or early career of less than 3 years.  Students must be a full-time student at a recognised institution.  Proof must be submitted through letter from institution stating that you are full time in a relevant field of study. The early career must show that they have only been in the field for the past two years and a recent graduate.

  2. Support from your institution/workplace to attend the conference

  3. Proof to say you would be able to fund the rest of your trip (flights, accommodation, visas, miscellaneous expenses to cover during your stay).

  4. A short statement (no more than 200 words) of why attending the congress would be of benefit to you).

  5. Title of paper submitted.
